I love a different recipe (and we go through a ton of jelly around our place), so I really want to try this dandelion Jelly recipe by Suburban Prairie Homemaker. How fun is that?!

5.) Picked & Painted took an ugly dresser and made it into a fabulous TV stand!
6.) Springy front porch makeover by Alderberry Hill! Love how she Spring-i-fied these baskets!
7.) Thrifty Inspirations shows you how to turn your basic mini blinds into no-sew roman shades! This is on my MUST DO list!
8.) A Casserella linked up the CUTEST DIY art for her laundry room! She found these awesome hangers while thriftng!
9.) Rooted in Thyme, linked up these Tattooed Potatoes! Wouldn’t these be awesome for a party!
10.) Every week I see a project in the party and I think, “I would love that in my closet!”. The Philosopher’s Wife’s lace crochet thread scarf is that project this week! This turned out beautiful!

I'm a wife, a sister, a daughter, a mother of 5, a Jesus lover, a coffee abuser, an obsesser of all things DIY, design and decor related.
Most of what you'll see here are ways to live inexpensively, and how I put those into practice with my constant need to renovate houses.
We are a military family of 7, so houses must come big and inexpensive, and made beautiful as we go, turning what most would see as trash, into treasure.
