2.) Please paste a button or a link back to my blog.

I'm a wife, a sister, a daughter, a mother of 5, a Jesus lover, a coffee abuser, an obsesser of all things DIY, design and decor related.
Most of what you'll see here are ways to live inexpensively, and how I put those into practice with my constant need to renovate houses.
We are a military family of 7, so houses must come big and inexpensive, and made beautiful as we go, turning what most would see as trash, into treasure.
Thanks for stopping by, stay awhile and make yourself at home. I hope you enjoy my ideas.

Katie, thanks for the feature. I appreciate it!
Aww, thank you so much for featuring my planters, Katie (both here and on your Facebook page!). I’m glad so many other people love them as much as I do! I’m so glad I held onto those uncomfortable rubber boots
All the stencilling projects are definitely tempting me. Maybe on the summer holidays?!
Have a creative week!

Hi Katie! Newly linking up to your lovely party this week and following on GFC, Linky and Pinterest! I am in love with your stenciled rug! I have one on my front porch that I was going to toss this year and now I have the perfect way to save it from the dumpster! You’ve also helped me out with your planter tips! I never thought to “steal” from the yard before. (hubby will be super happy about the savings, too! LOL) Thanks so much for hosting and for the awesome ideas. (pinning both) Hope you’re having a great week! ~Mary
