Fall House Tour

Hi everyone,

Fall is my favorite season by far and I love cozy fall decor.

Using natural elements is one of my favorite things to do for fall decorating. Leaves, pumpkins, and branches are beautiful, seasonal and free!

I’ll start with the Front porch.

I’m in love with black and white buffalo check this year.

I recovered some pillows I already had in the buffalo check. If you love the idea of making seasonal pillows like I do, you can read my tutorial about how to make seasonal pillows for under $5 here.

I wanted to keep the fall décor fairly simple in the entry. I added a couple pumpkins, a fall print, and added some fall glitter leaves on the branches.

Naturally fall adds a lot of brown to a space through leaves, branches and even feathers.

I made most of the couch pillows, one is even out of a dish towel

and the brown ones are made out of yard sale velvet.

The window leaf swags are from Target.

The vignette is from the following: Lamp and dresser/yard sale, vases/Target clearance years ago, books and frame/Goodwill, large frame with chicken wire/homemade from junk, pumpkin/Grocery Outlet, branches and twigs/free from nature.

All of it was extremely inexpensive!

This is our dinning room vignette. The printable was free from a restaurant, the little succulent from the dollar store. Rain boots, mirror frame and lamp were from the Goodwill. The brown case is from a yard sale and the pumpkins were in the $3 Target section, as well as the feathers on the swag. The pheasant feathers were from a friend.

I hope this goes to show you can make fun fall vignettes on a really low budget!

I can’t believe it’s almost time to take it all down and set up for the next holiday!
